• Gift certificates can be redeemed only through Franklin’s Web site (http://www.franklin.com) for Franklin products available at this site only. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed at any other Web site.
• No refunds will be provided in any case for gift certificates.
• Purchasers or redeemers of gift certificates must be Franklin account holders.
• Multiple gift certificates may be combined on redemption.
• If the order amount exceeds the balance in your Franklin account, the remaining balance must be paid with a credit card.
• Any unused account balance remains in your Franklin account until the expiration date.
• Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue except where limited or prohibited by law.
• Gift certificates may be redeemed only for the purchase of Franklin products at http://www.franklin.com. Without limitation, gift certificates are not valid for payment at brick and mortar stores that carry Franklin products.
• Gift certificates cannot be redeemed to purchase gift certificates.
• Gift certificates and purchase or redemption of gift certificates are subject to these terms and conditions. Franklin Electronic Publishers, Inc. reserves all rights to change these terms and conditions without notice at any time.
