- Orders for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. Territories require shipping by 2nd Day Air.
- Most in stock orders placed before 1:00 PM EST are shipped same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST are processed on the next business day
- Although International customers can purchase downloads from our site, physical products (devices and accessories) are available for purchase and delivery to US, Canadian and Mexican residents only. If you are outside of the U.S., Canada & Mexico and would like to place an order for a physical product, you must contact a Franklin International Reseller. Note, customers receiving orders in the Canada & Mexico are subject to UPS brokerage as well as any taxes required by your country.
